We have new pool furniture!

We have new pool furniture! While our old pool furniture has served us well for many years, the lounges were wearing and the style was somewhat dated. Our new furniture is more of a contemporary look which compliments our community colors. The new furniture while sturdy is lighter in weight and folds for easier storage during storms.

The cost of our new furniture is paid for by the interest income earned on the investment of our reserve funds and not by our HOA fees

Our old furniture is now stored on the back patio of the clubhouse and is available to community residents free of charge on a first come, first serve basis. We only ask that you notify the HOA if you intend to take some of the lounge chairs or old round tables so we can ensure community residents have the first opportunity to claim the old furniture.
